GEO Partners, a Minnesota-based rural broadband consultant, along with General Dynamics IT (GDIT) XXXXXXXX XXXXX XXXXX XXXXXXX for the RuBICON project, Central California’s first rural broadband co-op. The RuBICON project is based in Firebaugh, CA, at the West Hills College Coalinga Firebaugh Center.
The people supporting some of the most complex government, defense, and intelligence projects across the country are also mapping – designing – deploying fiber and wireless broadband networks in Rural America.
